A structured layer between visits

AirCare provides clients with a simple, guided system they can follow outside of the clinical setting. Through small, repeatable practices supported by prepared materials, clients can engage with care in a more consistent and accessible way. This creates a structured layer between visits—without increasing complexity for the provider. These experiences are organized into provider-defined care sets that patientsclients can follow independently.

Care sets:

structured experiences you define
AirCare is organized through “care sets”—structured experiences that you create and offer to your clients. Each care set combines guided practices, simple routines, and selected products into a cohesive, repeatable format that clients can follow in their own environment.

Guided structure

Define a simple daily rhythm—morning, midday, and evening—based on your approach

Themed experiences

Create care sets around specific intentions such as rest, recovery, focus, or general wellness

Integrated elements

Each care set may include guided audio, suggested practices, and recommended products within a single structure

Flexible delivery

Care sets can be used for short-term support or extended programs depending on your model

Designed to support continuity

AirCare translates your guidance into daily practice. Clients move through simple, structured moments—morning, midday, and evening—reinforcing consistency and engagement between visits. Shape This is delivered through structured care sets that translate your guidance into daily, repeatable practice.

Simple, guided, and repeatable

Clients move through a daily rhythm of simple, structured practices—guided step-by-step and supported by prepared materials within their environment.
Each experience is designed to be approachable and self-paced, allowing clients to engage without pressure while building consistency over time.

Through this structure, clients are able to more easily follow through on guidance, develop awareness, and integrate practices into daily life between sessions.

Minimal disruption to your workflow

Most providers incorporate AirCare without changing their current workflow

AirCare is designed to integrate into your existing practice without adding operational burden. Care sets and materials are pre-structured, and client engagement is self-guided—reducing the need for additional oversight or coordination.

Apply as a provider

We work with a limited number of providers to ensure alignment with the AirCare model. You’ll be asked to share information about your practice, client population, and how you envision using the system. This may include opportunities for structured client engagement, product pathways, and non-clinical support offerings within the AirCare framework. Providers complete a review process that may include credential verification, AirCare Certification when required, and a short system orientation before dashboard access is granted.

A structured onboarding process

AirCare uses a step-by-step onboarding pathway to ensure providers are aligned with the system before accessing care set tools and client-facing features.
